Ascendant Capital, Inc. is a US company with over 25 years of exceptional track record in real estate and health care services investment, turnaround and advisory businesses. It currently operates substantially as a family office. Sunasir Sen is the founder, CEO and sole owner of Ascendant, including its subsidiaries and affiliates - Ascendant RE1 LLC, Regalia Bella Terra LLC, Magnolia Bishop Arts LLC, and Evergreen RE LLC. Ascendant, its subsidiaries and affiliates are engaged in the following business activities:
ASCENDANT CAPITAL, INC. –the holding company, was previously engaged in health care advisory in the areas of health care securitization and health care operations; and investment in single family REO business in Northern Virginia
- REGALIA BELLA TERRA LLC – affiliate, currently engaged in multifamily real estate ownership and operations in Katy, Texas
- REGALIA BISHOP ARTS LLC - affiliate, currently engaged in multifamily real estate ownership and operations in Katy, Texas
- EVERGREEN RE MANAGEMENT LLC -– wholly owned subsidiary - management company currently engaged in managing multifamily real estate in Texas
- SUNASIR SEN REVOCABLE TRUST - affiliate of Ascendant, currently has investment in Regalia Bishop Arts LLC, which owns Regalia Bishop Arts Apartments in Dallas, Texas and a New Jersey condominium
